As Vice President of Investments and Structured Credit at Trilogy, Sal leads underwriting for new investment initiatives across land acquisition, development, and the Trilogy Credit Group platform.

Prior to Trilogy, Sal served as Director of Investments at ARK Residential in New York, where he underwrote new investment opportunities, managed business plan execution, and reported on portfolio performance. Before ARK, Sal was part of Greystar’s East Coast Investment Group, where he evaluated acquisition opportunities, supported due diligence, implemented business plans, and tracked asset performance across a 6,000+ unit portfolio spanning core, core-plus, and value-add strategies.

Earlier in his career, Sal worked in Wells Fargo’s Multifamily Capital Group, where he underwrote over $4 billion in multifamily loans. He began his career at J.P. Morgan Private Bank, developing custom investment portfolios for senior executives in the financial sponsor industry.

Sal earned his MBA with a concentration in Real Estate from NYU Stern School of Business and resides in New Jersey with his wife and two sons.
