Erin Taylor, CPA, serves as Executive Vice President of Accounting at Trilogy Investment Company, where she oversees the firm’s accounting and financial reporting across its real estate investment platform.
Erin brings nearly two decades of experience in real estate and alternative asset investment accounting, with an emphasis in strategic partnerships and sophisticated capital stacks. Erin understands the importance of and is highly skilled in maintaining financial integrity and alignment with deal economics throughout the lifecycle of Trilogy’s investments; from acquisition and development through stabilization, ongoing asset management, and/or exit.

Prior to joining Trilogy, Erin held leadership roles as Head of Accounting at a variety of real estate investment firms including Wrightwell, Fundrise, & Tricon Residential. She has facilitated several acquisitions, mergers, and an IPO, and is able to translate complex financial transactions into transparent financial reporting to support long-term value creation for investors and partners. Throughout her career, Erin has supported the acquisition and management of $8 billion+ in AUM.

Erin holds a degree in Accounting from the University of Iowa with executive certificates in Real Estate Investment Strategies from Columbia University. She is dedicated to supporting Trilogy’s growth-minded mission of developing high-quality residential communities through rigorous financial stewardship and operational excellence.
