Her career began in the technology sector, where she developed a strong foundation in analytics, process optimization, and structured vendor management — capabilities she later applied to residential construction at scale. Her experience spans both land development and vertical homebuilding, providing a comprehensive understanding of the full residential lifecycle. Beginning in site development before advancing into vertical
