David brings more than six years of experience in single-family and build-to-rent real estate to his role as Vice President of Asset Management at Trilogy. He helps lead the firm’s asset management strategy, overseeing performance across the portfolio and driving value through disciplined underwriting, operations, and execution.
 
Prior to joining Trilogy, David served as an Asset Manager at D.R. Horton, where he supported the Build-to-Rent platform across 21 divisions nationwide. In that role, he worked across the full investment lifecycle—underwriting, development, asset management, and dispositions—collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring new
communities to market and optimize portfolio performance.
 
David began his career in 2019 at Sylvan Road Capital, where he helped build out the firm’s asset management function during a period of significant growth in the single-family rental sector.
 
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Religious Studies from Wake Forest University, where he was also a member of the baseball team. David lives in Atlanta with his fiancé and spends his free time on the golf course.
