Ethan Joseph serves as a Capital Markets Analyst at Trilogy Investment Company, where he supports the firm’s capital markets efforts across its vertically integrated residential platforms.

In this role, he assists with capital raising, debt financing, market research, pipeline management, and executing transactions that advance Trilogy’s growth. An Alpharetta, Georgia native, Ethan played Division I football at the University of Arkansas, where he developed the discipline, teamwork, and competitive drive he now brings to the capital markets team.

Outside of work, Ethan enjoys spending time with his family and friends. His personal faith is central to who he is, and he holds close to 2 Corinthians 5:17.
