Levy serves as Director of Asset Management at Trilogy Investment Company, overseeing the firm’s lot development and land holdings portfolio through financial forecasting, project oversight, and business plan execution.

Levy brings more than five years of real estate investment and asset management experience across single-family rental, build-to-rent, and hospitality assets. Before joining Trilogy, he served as Assistant Asset Manager at ARK Homes for Rent, supporting budgeting, forecasting, portfolio strategy, and operating performance. Previously, he focused on portfolio valuation and cash-flow modeling for $1.9 billion of institutional SFR and BTR funds at Maymont Homes (Brookfield’s SFR/BTR platform).

Levy holds a master’s degree from Cornell University with a concentration in real estate. He is passionate about disciplined, data-driven asset management that creates long-term value for investors.
