Brock Burns serves as a Land Acquisition Analyst at Trilogy Investment Company, where he supports the firm’s land platform across its high-growth Build-to-Rent and for-sale markets. In this role, he assists with market analysis, site selection, and due diligence, helping identify and evaluate land positions that feed Trilogy’s development pipeline and underwriting process. Before stepping into his analyst role, he interned in land acquisition with Trilogy and worked hands-on in residential construction and project management. 

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Recreation & Sport Management from the University of Arkansas, where he was also a member of the Razorback football program.

A native of Ozark, Arkansas, Brock is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting and fishing in his free time. His personal faith is central to who he is, and he holds close to Jeremiah 29:11.
