Courtney McKelvey serves as Senior Vice President of Accounting and Controller of REV3. She brings extensive experience in construction accounting, financial management, and operational leadership within the real estate development and construction industries.

In her role, Courtney focuses on strengthening financial operations, enhancing reporting processes, and developing scalable accounting practices to support Trilogy’s continued growth and strategic objectives.

Prior to joining Trilogy, Courtney spent nearly six years with a leading national student housing developer and general contractor. Courtney earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Georgia. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, fitness, and spending time with family and friends.
