David serves as Chief Investment Officer of Trilogy Investment Company, where he leads the firm’s investment strategy and capital deployment across its residential platforms, with a focus on Build-to-Rent and land development. As a member of the Investment Committee, he is responsible for sourcing, structuring, and executing investments, as well as building partnerships with institutional investors and national
homebuilders.
 
With over 20 years in real estate investment, development, and asset management, David has a proven track record of identifying opportunities in high-growth markets supported by strong demographic trends. Prior to joining Trilogy, he co-founded ARK Residential, a New York-based Build-for-Rent investment and development platform. Earlier in his career, he spent ten years at Midtown Equities, where he led acquisitions,
leasing, and asset management for the firm’s New York portfolio.
 
David lives in New Jersey with his wife and three children. David enjoys traveling, cooking, golf, and is an avid fitness enthusiast.
