With more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Jason Hubbard brings a proven track record of successfully leading complex commercial, multifamily, municipal, and mixed-use developments from preconstruction through final completion. Throughout his career, Jason has built a reputation for strong project execution, attention to detail, and the ability to bring together owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and project teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Jason’s expertise spans estimating, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor management, contract administration, and overall project leadership. He has managed projects ranging from $4 million to more than $100 million, overseeing every phase of development while maintaining a focus on quality, safety, schedule, and client satisfaction.

Prior to joining Trilogy, Jason served as a Senior Project Manager with Northwood Ravin, where he led large-scale multifamily and mixed-use projects including the $73 million Athens Varsity Mixed-Use Development and early works for the $103 million Highlands Ave development in Atlanta. His experience also includes managing significant residential, higher education, civic, and commercial projects such as Clemson University Student Housing, public safety facilities, office developments, and multifamily communities.

A graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Jason combines practical field experience with strong business and operational leadership. He is skilled in industry-leading tools including Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Timberline, and AIA contract administration, and is committed to building strong teams and delivering projects that exceed expectations.
