Jeff Gersh serves as the Senior Vice President of Land Acquisition for Trilogy. In this capacity, he is responsible for the growth of the company’s land platform in Build to Rent as well as single family lot development.

Throughout his career, Jeff has acquired and managed thousands of acres of highly amenitized residential developments, has participated in the origination and management of over $2BN of commercial loans and has closed over $500MM in commercial real estate transactions.

Jeff has both a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting as well as an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
