T’Keyah Canada serves as a Real Estate Operations Specialist within the Asset
Management Division at Trilogy Investment Company, where she supports centralized
operational functions across the firm’s residential portfolio. In her role, she contributes to
the infrastructure and processes that sustain asset performance, compliance, and
organizational efficiency across markets.

With over a decade of experience spanning property management and real estate
operations, T’Keyah began her career in Chicago, where she built experience across
both large institutional assets and smaller boutique communities. From operating
properties managed by nationally recognized firms such as Greystar and Lincoln
Property Company to supporting more intimate portfolios, she developed a
comprehensive understanding of real estate operations at every scale. This breadth of
exposure enables her to navigate complex portfolio environments with agility and
precision.

Outside of her corporate role, T’Keyah enjoys staying active through Pilates and golf,
and is actively studying French. These pursuits reflect her appreciation for discipline,
global perspective, and continual growth. She values experiences that broaden her
worldview and sharpen her ability to think strategically in both professional and personal
environments.
